Refund Policy Refunds are issued for medical reasons (with a doctor's letter), relocation out of town and cancellation due to low registration. A $20 administration fee is applied to refunds requested by the participants. Refunds will not be issued if a registrant withdraws less than 5 working days before a program starts.
