      Age restriction policy:

    • Adults 16 years of age or older are permitted to attend Group Fitness classes.
    • Children 13 to 15 are permitted to attend if they are accompanied by an adult over age 18. (No more than two children per adult supervisor.)
      The child must be within arms reach of their adult supervisor at all times. Children 13 to 15 must participate in a pre-class orientation, which should be arranged in advance by calling (403) 355-1288.
    • Children age 12 and under are not permitted in Group Fitness classes.

      Class Descriptions

    • Aqua Fit: a shallow water aerobic workout for all levels
    • Boot Camp: an exciting, challenging workout including a variety of drills to develop coordination, agility and strength
    • Cardio & Core: wake up and join us for a great morning workout, offering you a variety of cardio, abdominal work and stretching to
      get you feeling great for the rest of the day
    • Challenger: test your skills by playing a fun, no rules game and finish off with strength training and core exercises
    • Deep Water Fit: running and resistance exercises in deep water with the help of a flotation device
    • On the Ball: Increase core stability by gaining strength in your abs and back using a stability ball
    • Yoga: relax and get energized with yoga postures and movements in a relaxing class
    • Kickbox Cadio: an amazing hour of drills utilizing boxing & kicking techniques
    • Maximum Step: an advanced high step class mixed with intense athletic interval drills
    • Power Cycle: intervals, hills, racing and a full body workout on a stationary bike
    • Tri Cycle: 90 minutes of intervals, hills and racing on a stationary bike with a tri focus
    • Pure Cardio: a variety of step hi-low circuits - anything to get the heart rate going and the sweat dripping
    • Salsa: get into the groove and shake it up to a fitter you with this energizing workout
    • Shake It Up: something fun and different each week (games)!
    • X-Press Circuit: 20 minutes each of cardio, weights & abs
    • Yoga Stretch: a variety of healing postures using basic yoga techniques to stimulate the body and mind

    If you can move, you can Groove. You'll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes. Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you Get A Move On! with Group Groove.

    Ripped Class Legend and Descriptions:

    Ripped is a simple, athletic-based workout that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body. Burns fat, burns calories and builds lean muscle. Ripped is ideal for beginners and experienced users alike. Six programs to choose from: (check schedule for days and times):
