    • Aqua Fit: a shallow water aerobic workout for all levels
    • Boot Camp: an exciting, challenging workout including a variety of drills to develop coordination, agility and strength
    • Cardio & Core: wake up and join us for a great morning workout, offering you a variety of cardio, abdominal work and stretching to get you feeling great for the rest of the day
    • Challenger: test your skills by playing a fun, no rules game and finish off with strength training and core exercises
    • Deep Water Fit: running and resistance exercises in deep water with the help of a flotation device
    • EZ Does It: 50 minutes of stretching, strengh training, cardio exercies and lost of variety for the 50 + and less conditioned crowd
    • On the Ball: Increase core stability by gaining strength in your abs and back using a stability ball
    • Yoga: relax and get energized with yoga postures and movements in a relaxing class
    • Kickbox Cadio: an amazing hour of drills utilizing boxing & kicking techniques
    • Maximum Step: an advanced high step class mixed with intense athletic interval drills
    • Power Cycle: intervals, hills, racing and a full body workout on a stationary bike
    • Tri Cycle: 90 minutes of intervals, hills and racing on a stationary bike with a tri focus
    • Pure Cardio: a variety of step hi-low circuits - anything to get the heart rate going and the sweat dripping
    • Salsa: get into the groove and shake it up to a fitter you with this energizing workout
    • Shake It Up: something fun and different each week (games)!
    • X-Press Circuit: 20 minutes each of cardio, weights & abs
    • Yoga Stretch: a variety of healing postures using basic yoga techniques to stimulate the body and mind

    Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome intructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

    If you can move, you can Groove. You'll stomp, flick, wiggle, jiggle, hip, hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, glide, smile and laugh your way through this 60 minute fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classic tunes.
