Overview

Gone are the days when just working out was enough to make it to the next level of sporting performance. Over the past two decades sports science has significantly advanced the training practices of every sport allowing athletes to reach new levels of performance once thought impossible. With the talent pool of quality athletes increasing, systematic year round training is integral to success.

Talisman Centre's Athletic Performance Enhancement (APE) training provides athletes in all sports with the most effective training and testing services available. Sport specific training programs designed for the various cycles of an athlete's season allow you to work smarter, not just harder, as you strive to find the competitive advantage necessary for athletic success.

Our integration of sport specific testing into the design of your individual training program helps provide you with a road map for athletic success. Regular testing also measures the impact of the program's design on your sport specific fitness, ensuring that you are progressing toward your ultimate training and athletic performance objectives.

Our team of qualified and experienced coaches keeps your training focused on you, targeting your identified weaknesses, strengths and current performance level. We never use generic training programs.

The name of the game is achieving results! With the Talisman Centre's Athletic Performance Enhancement team, we guarantee just that. If you are an athlete of any age or ability, dedicated and committed to achieving your personal best, or a coach that wants to provide your team with a distinct competitive advantage, then the Talisman Centre's Athletic Performance enhancement is perfect for you.
