Talisman Centre (‘Owner’) Rewards application (‘The App’) is a mobile loyalty platform that allows Members to earn and accumulate points with check-in’s and/or social media sharing.

  • Pass types defined as Members are; Annual Members, 10 pass cards, 30 Day pass, 12 Days of Fitness pass, and Summer Fitness pass holders.
  • Talisman Centre staff, tenants and their staff, Sport Partners, public drop-in admissions and program registrants have limited access in The App and cannot earn or redeem points or book classes.
  • Members must accumulate sufficient points to redeem for selected rewards.
  • Members may be required to pay taxes, fees and surcharges applicable to selected rewards.
  • Owner may impose service charges permitted by law.
  • The loyalty program exists on an annual basis and Talisman Center will announce the continuance of the program on July 1st of each year.
  • The App is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices only.
  • The App is free to download. Additional carrier data fees may apply. Check with your wireless service provider to determine applicable fees.
  • To use The App, you must have both a valid email address and an active Talisman Centre barcode.
  • Unlimited Facebook or Twitter shares allowed – check in GPS message OR booked class. Points allocated for only 1 share, once per day.
  • If membership is cancelled, points expire 4 months after cancellation date.
  • If The App account has no activity, points expire after 4 months.
  • Non-prime time check-in hours are specified as 1:01 pm to 3:30 pm.
  • One recommendation a month allowed per app user (Facebook or Twitter).
  • Points, redemption items and values are subject to change.
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable except with the explicit permission of Owner. In addition, Owner may offer rewards for a combination of points and cash or cash alone.
  • Class Bookings:
    • You can book a class up to 48 hours in advance
    • 90 min prior to the class, App registration closes
    • No shows will be tracked and may result in loss of access to App class reservation
  • Owner has the right to review and disqualify any recommendations and social media posts that are deemed inappropriate or harmful to Owner’s values and reputation.
  • Some points are not added automatically and may take up to 3 business days to accrue in Members account.
  • Member points earned and/or redeemed may be shared in Owners communication assets only upon Members approval.
  • If Member feels there is a discrepancy in the number of points in their app account, they are responsible for notifying the rewards manager within 60 days of the occurrence for which the points should have been issued or else the number of points in their account will be deemed to be correct.
  • Members are responsible to pick up and claim their reward item(s) at the Customer Service Desk during Talisman Centre business hours. Personal identification will be required. Items not claimed within 1 year of redemption confirmation email will be forfeited.

Please note: Talisman Centre reward points are exclusively the property and domain of Talisman Centre and any disputes involving points, their distribution or redemption will be decided by Talisman Centre. All decisions regarding points are final.
