Join us for the ultimate 30 Day Challenge that will test your strength, balance and power! The core of this challenge is commitment. All you have to do is commit to participating in any of our Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Balance or Cycle classes for 30 days during the contest dates (March 15 – April 30, 2016).

Commit to a goal that will push you through to the end of this 30 Day Challenge to bring more strength, balance and power into your life.  

 


How to Participate


  • REGISTER by telling a Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Balance or Cycle Instructor you’ve made the commitment. They will need your full name, email address, phone number and member number (if applicable). No turning back now!

  • Your name will be displayed on the Challenge Board located in the Member Lounge along with the rest of those taking the Challenge. There’s Strength, Balance and Power in numbers!

  • Each day you attend a class located in the Strength and Balance Studio or the Power Cycle Studio you will get a sticker from your instructor to place on the board beside your name. Everyone likes stickers!

  • Increase your chances of winning with Social Media! Book one of the participating classes and instantly share it right from the APP or simply share any experience in the Challenge wherever you are. Tag us @talismancentre on Twitter and Instagram or Facebook and use #TCYogaCycle30. Each share gets you an additional entry into the contest. Go on, it’s ok to brag once in a while!

Adult: $99
Senior: $62

And once you are ready to join for good, trade-in your 30-Day Card for a new Annual Membership** before your card expires and receive 100% of the value on your card towards your new membership.

The person with the most number of attended classes in the Strength & Balance Studio and Power Cycle Studio.

BRONZE Prize – Class Participation

The person with the second most number of attended classes in the Strength & Balance Studio and Power Cycle Studio.

BONUS Prize – Class Participation

Each person that participates in a minimum of 5 classes in the Strength & Balance Studio and a minimum of 5 classes in the Power Cycle Studio will be entered to win:

Should there be a tie in any of the prize categories above, a random draw will be held during one of the participating classes the first week of May from all eligible participants. Eligible participants who do not win will also have their name entered for the next prize level.

RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Maximum of 1 class per day will be tracked up to a maximum of 30
  • No make-up classes/days allowed
  • Participants must agree to have their progress tracked on the Challenge board located in the Member Lounge
  • Each time a participant attends a class a sticker will be applied to the board beside their name up to a maximum of 30 stickers.
  • Stickers to be handed out by instructors at the end of each class. Participant to put the sticker beside their name on the board in the Member Lounge.
  • When sharing on Social Media, participants must tag us and use #TCYogaCycle30 in order to count as an entry into the contest. Maximum of 1 share per day will be counted as an entry. Up to a maximum of 30 shares for the contest period.
  • You must use the cycle stickers for any classes taken in the Power Cycle Studio and yoga stickers for any classes taken in the Strength & Balance Studio.
