Class Descriptions

Boot Camp: (Moderate to Advanced)

One, two, three, four.....join us in the gym for more! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging work out that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you do not like variety, this is not the class for you. Boot Camp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge.

Cardio Kickboxing: (Moderate to Advanced)

Kick and punch your way to better fitness! Cardio Kickboxing will challenge your cardiovascular system while developing definition in your musculature through a variety of kickboxing techniques. This high energy & intense workout will keep you coming back for more. This class is recommended for individuals with a moderate fitness level.

Deep Water Fitness: (All Fitness Levels)

Deep Water Fitness is a low impact, joint-friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health. Participants will have fun taking part in new and exciting resistance exercises and underwater running drills with the help from a floatation device. This class is recommended for all athletic and fitness levels. Swimming ability is required.

Group Power: (Moderate to Advanced) 

Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscle groups in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movement such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

 Kickboxing Boot Camp: (Moderate to Advanced)

Kickboxing Boot Camp is an intense, high-energy workout for individuals who want to improve their fitness and stamina. This class incorporates various techniques used in kickboxing with a high-paced, dynamic circuit that challenges your strength, agility and power. Get the motivation you need to take your fitness to the next level in an exhilarating group environment. This class is recommended for people with a moderate fitness level.

Maximum Step: (Moderate to Advanced)

Take your cardio workout to the max! This upbeat and energetic step class will challenge your endurance, strength and coordination by taking you through a series of choreographed routines and athletic interval drills. Maximum Step is recommended for individuals of all athletic abilities. Experience with choreography is an asset.

Power Cycle: (All Fitness Levels)

Rolling up & down the hills! Racing through the straights! Pushing through the burn! This interactive cycling class will take your cardio workout to the next level. The instructor will lead you though a variety of intense drills and teach you how to maximize your efficiency and monitor your effort on a stationary bike. Power Cycle is recommended for moderate fitness levels and athletic abilities.

Red Ball: (All Fitness Levels)

This is no ordinary basketball! Red Ball is an exciting version of the traditional game that follows an "anything goes" philosophy. There are no limitations to the number of people that can participate in the game. The instructor will be there to ensure that everyone is playing safe and having fun. This class recommended for all athletic and fitness levels.

Yoga: (All Fitness Levels)

Relax! Rejuvenate! Re-energize! Take your mind, body and soul on a journey through a variety of poses and postures. The professional, certified yoga instructor will lead the class through various exercises that links breath and movement. Each yoga instructor will incorporate their own training and techniques into every class. Yoga is recommended for individuals with all fitness levels and abilities.

Yoga Stretch: (All Fitness Levels)

Take your flexibility beyond limitations! Yoga Stretch uses basic techniques in conjunction with a variety of healing postures to stimulate the body and mind. The professional, certified yoga instructor will lead you through various gentle stretches that will help you release tension through movement. Yoga Stretch is recommended for individuals with all fitness levels and abilities.

Zumba®: (All Fitness Levels) 

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you are getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!

Get RIPPED!: (All Fitness Levels)

Jari Love's Get RIPPED! Program is scientifically proven to get you results! Men and women of all ages and fitness levels can participate in any of the phases and get an amazing workout. Instructors always show modifications so that beginners to advanced exercisers feel success!

Get RIPPED! Slim & Lean

The focus of Get RIPPED! Slim & Lean is high reps and light weights to create definition, build lean muscle, and burn calories. With this phase, you will work all the major muscles of the body focusing on one muscle group at a time. You're whole body will become lean, shaped and toned and you will definitely feel the burn!

Get RIPPED! to the Core gets results fast in a no-nonsense, full-body, workout. Through compound movements you'll burn 2-3 times more calories than traditional weight training programs. Get Extremely RIPPED!

Pure Cardio

What better way to warm up and get ready for your weight-training workout than with Pure Cardio! This heart-pumping, metabolism-revving half hour cardio class will be a little different every time. You may experience low impact cardio, step, cardio drills or various cardio intervals. One thing is for certain – you will get your heart rate up and work up a good sweat! Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome!
