Class Schedule

Spots are limited and pre-booking is highly recommended. To participate, you can sign up
in 3 ways:

1. Sign up in person at the Fitness Centre Desk located on the Activity Level

2. Call our Fitness Centre at 403 355 3127. We may not be able to promptly answer your call
    during prime time or if our consultants are with customers.

3. Pre-book your spot 48 hrs in advance on our mobile APP.



NOTE: Participants must bring their own mat for all classes held in the Strength and Balance Studio. If you do not have one, you can rent one at Customer Service for $3.
