Active for Life Camps
Your child will have a blast this summer! Our expert instructors will incorporate our “keep moving,” “get skilled,” “play fair” and “have fun” philosophy.
Active for Life is a summer camp that provides athletes with an opportunity to participate in a variety of sports in a fun and safe environment. Our expert instructors will lead participants through many different activities including badminton, basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Emphasis is also placed on cooperative games and team building. Each week the camp participants will have an opportunity to swim in our 25m pool and take part in an exciting offsite trip. Athletes will be divided into groups based on their age level.
Due to the roof enhancement project, there is no cafeteria onsite to provide a lunch program. All lunches and snacks must accompany each participant. Please note, Active for Life is a peanut-free program. Please refrain from bringing items containing traces of peanuts to camp.

Note: Talisman Centre will only be offering our Active for Life multisport camps in 2010. Stay tuned for a variety of multi sport camps and sport specific camps in 2011.
Active for Life camps can accommodate up to 50 participants each week. The coordinator will divide the participants into smaller groups based on age on a weekly basis. Registrations will not be accepted after 12:00pm on the Friday before the camp is scheduled to begin.
