Accounts Payable Clerk

Can you get the cheque in the mail? We are searching for the right person to be hands-on in our busy accounting department. As part of the Administration team your goal will be to ensure proper handling of all accounts payable from posting and reconciliation to cheque runs. Data entry
Sorting and coding invoices
Printing cheques and sending out for approval
Account reconciliation’s

Qualifications

You are a high energy professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging, and changing environment. You have previous experience in Accounts Payable including AccPac for Windows Accounting Software and Excel. Your solid computer knowledge, great communication skills and customer service attitude will ensure your success in this role. Your proven track record working independently and in a team environment is an asset to the work you do.

Employment Terms

This is a part-time, day position of 20 – 24 hours/week, Monday through Wednesday.
General membership at our sport and wellness facility is included.
