Whether you want assistance developing a routine for your independent use or are seeking the expertise of a professional trainer, these one-on-one sessions will help you reach your goals. Adapted Pass and Group Exercise Classes
$54/month | $29.50/month for those qualifying for fee subsidy
If you’ve already worked with one of our trainers and could benefit from the ongoing support of a workout group and expert trainer, these sessions are for you. Your pass includes unlimited use of the facility and supervised classes twice a week. Call Jill at 233-8393, ext. 149.
